The Keysino KS-OTA treatment system filters PTA oxidation mother liquor to recover TA particles, acetic acid (HAC), and catalysts (Co, Mn). The recovered TA particles can be directly reused in the oxidation system without repulping, reducing PX consumption and decreasing the treatment volume of oxidation residues. The filtrate is clear and free of solid impurities, improving the recovery rate of catalysts in subsequent oxidation mother liquor and lowering HAC recovery costs.
